Management of the portfolio of clinical specialist applications including availability, release planning and technical renewal.
Professional and personnel supervision of a six-member specialist group including capacity and deployment planning.
Recording medical specialist needs and converting them into actionable specifications and process improvements.
Coordination of quality assurance, troubleshooting and complex support cases up to sustainable root cause analysis.
Leadership of selected digital health projects as well as central interface to manufacturers, service providers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Advanced IT or medical informatics education with solid professional experience in healthcare.
Deep understanding of hospital organisation, clinical workflows and digital treatment pathways.
Several years of experience in staff management, project leadership and cross-departmental coordination.
Confident handling of medical integration standards such as DICOM and HL7 as well as systems from the RIS/PACS environment and ITSM according to ITIL.
Strong service orientation, initiative and reliability as well as very good German language skills.
