Your profile
- You are a trained foot/insole specialist or retail specialist, preferably in the sports goods sector and with manual skills
- You have a good feel for shapes and materials and are open to new digital technologies
- You enjoy daily customer contact
- You remain calm in hectic times and set clear priorities
- You are a team player with enthusiasm and contribute to a good working atmosphere

The position
- From analysis through advice to production – everything from your hand
- You manufacture custom and sports insoles and carry out adjustments to insoles and shoes according to medical prescriptions
- You have access to the most modern work equipment
- You assess customer needs and conduct gait analyses and foot pressure measurements
- You rely on medical prescriptions and coordinate with doctors and physiotherapists
