Your role

You are responsible for our quality and environmental management and continuously develop it together with the process owners.

In doing so, you coordinate our management systems and support the organisation in effectively anchoring quality, environmental, safety and sustainability issues in everyday life. You do not see standards as an end in themselves, but as a tool for a learning organisation.

As a member of our Sustainability Committee, you actively contribute your expertise to the further development of our sustainability strategy and network it with the relevant management systems.

Your tasks

You…

• are responsible for our quality and environmental management (including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
• coordinate other management systems as well as quality and sustainability labels and develop them further together with the specialist departments.
• plan, coordinate and accompany internal and external audits.
• ensure certifications and their continuous further development.
• coordinate occupational safety issues together with the responsible specialists.
• continuously develop processes together with the process owners.
• ensure that documentation remains up-to-date, understandable and practical.
• strengthen quality awareness, environmental responsibility, safety culture and data clarity in everyday work.
• work across departments with all company areas.

• ideally have knowledge of various management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001) as well as other quality or sustainability standards.
