About the job

What to expect:

• You support our field sales staff in the market of hotels/catering businesses, nursing homes, clinics and other institutions. In particular, you are responsible for building new business relationships and acquiring new customers.
• You independently manage individual customers. Here you have great development potential.
• You develop the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract conclusion.
• You implement our marketing and communication strategy and further develop it, including maintaining and enhancing the CRM system (contacts, leads, activities).

What you bring:

• Completed commercial or textile-related training or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in sales or field service
• Enjoyment in acquiring new customers and actively approaching potential clients
• Confident, likeable and convincing manner as well as enjoyment of personal customer contact
• Independent, flexible and structured working style with the desire to take on responsibility and develop further
• Basic knowledge of marketing and CRM as well as confident use of common Microsoft applications
• Affinity for textiles and high-quality products or the motivation to acquire this knowledge
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment in shaping a SME
• Strong communication skills and very good German; French and English skills are a great advantage
• Open, flexible and team-oriented personality with a high level of service and customer orientation
• Motivation to learn new things, contribute own ideas and actively further develop sales processes
