To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Team Leader for Special Waste 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Active participation in operations, especially in the triage of special waste
• Organisation of workflows and processes in the coarse and fine triage department
• Personnel management and supervision of completed work
• Optimisation of throughput figures as well as cost optimisation
• Conducting regular safety inspections
• Coordination of deliveries, collections, and special trips
• Organisation of special waste collections in municipalities as well as clearances and disposal actions at customers
• Monthly inventory reports

You bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in a chemical-technical environment
• Professional experience in operational and chemical work environments
• Several years of experience in personnel management
• Driving licence category B and forklift certification desirable
• Good oral and written understanding of the German language; knowledge of French is desirable
• Punctuality, resilience, reliability, and a thorough working style characterise you
