Position summary
- We offer a stimulating and varied learning environment to obtain your Federal VET Diploma (CFC) and a solid training for your future
- The apprenticeship takes place in our brand new syrup production facility, on the production line as well as in our laboratory
- Excellent supervision by qualified trainers

A day in the life of a brewing and beverage apprentice technologist
- Preparation of syrups and recipes for various drinks (fruit juices)
- Reception of raw materials
- Regular checks of machines and products during the production process
- Compliance with all safety measures and good manufacturing practices
- Carrying out routine maintenance of the installations
- Sampling for various chemical and microbiological analyses
- Quality control
What will make you successful
- Completion of compulsory schooling with good results in maths
- Technical aptitude and a liking for numbers
- Manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in shift patterns later on
- Ability to cope with working conditions involving noise and heat
