- Co-design and co-responsibility for the smooth operation of security-relevant ICT services
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through efficient and reliable handling of support processes as well as first-level support
- Analyzing and resolving incidents and requests (1st and 2nd level support)
This is what you bring
- Education or advanced vocational training in the field of computer science, alternatively career changers with comparable professional experience in ICT support
- Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in hardware and software, operating systems, and networks
- Good knowledge of the ITIL process landscape
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
- Independent personality with strong communication and organizational skills
- High customer and service orientation as well as sensitivity to user needs
- Very good German skills and English skills (level B1-B2) are an advantage
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
