Clerk: Wealth Planning (m/f/d)

The Service Centre of Financial Advisory supports the specialist departments of pensions, taxes and succession in the preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as in mandate management, freeing up the experts. In the role of Clerk Wealth Planning, you support our experts in the tax area. • Processing incoming mail: Responsible for physical and digital incoming mail in the tax area
• Data maintenance and entry: Processing and maintenance of tax-relevant data (e.g. address, marital status, AHV number) in internal applications as well as filing documents in physical dossiers
• Correspondence with authorities and clients: Writing confirmation letters of submitted documents to our clients as well as correspondence with tax authorities and preparing offers for new mandate clients
• Support of our specialists: Preparation and follow-up of advisory meetings including archiving and invoicing

• Completed commercial training or A-levels
• You have a quick grasp as well as willingness and perseverance for repetitive tasks
• You convince with a careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Responsibility and service orientation are your priorities
• You are very familiar with MS Office applications
