Facility Management Specialist 100%

Your Tasks

You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and surroundings
You support the housekeeping service with all technical, electrical and sanitary work
You troubleshoot faults and carry out various repairs
You assist with the smooth organisation of moves and apartment inspections
Management of the locking system
Carrying out orders from staff and residents
You supervise our apprentice and are involved in vocational training

What You Bring

You have training as a facility management specialist or equivalent
Federal diploma as a caretaker is an advantage
Further training as a safety specialist
You are physically fit and resilient and maintain an independent, structured working style
You are not afraid to take on on-call duties
You have a good sense for elderly people and a well-groomed appearance
You hold a category B driving licence
You bring the vocational trainer in the specialist area
You have the necessary IT skills
