Maintenance Specialist (80-100%)

An exciting, challenging, and future-oriented area of responsibility awaits you. You will be part of our experienced operations team at the company headquarters in Liestal.

Your tasks:

As a Maintenance Specialist, you ensure the reliable operation of our energy plants and control centre. You manage the strategic and operational planning of all maintenance, inspection, and repair work on our production facilities to guarantee maximum availability and operational readiness. In addition to efficient resource and deployment planning, you optimise existing infrastructures and processes through systematic fault analyses and creative, pragmatic solutions. You always keep the economic objectives in mind.

Implementing refurbishment measures, procuring spare parts, and condition monitoring are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you document the planned and implemented maintenance measures in appropriate reports.

You support the Head of Operations in other administrative and commercial matters such as energy procurement or correspondence with customers, suppliers, and authorities.

Your profile:

For this role, you ideally have a technical education related to the energy sector and have subsequently trained as a Maintenance Specialist. You are characterised by a strong technical understanding, an independent and meticulous working style, and reliability even in fault situations. Additionally, you are communicative and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

You have good German skills and basic knowledge of French, are proficient with common Office programmes, and hold a category B driving licence.
