• Telephone advice for our (international) guests
• Ensuring telephone availability
• Providing expert information about the entire Grand Resort
• Supporting the F&B administration department
• Assisting the department with room reservations
• Ongoing maintenance and updating of the guest database

• Experience in a comparable position, preferably in the hotel industry, desirable
• Enjoyment of upscale hospitality and dealing with international guests
• Open and communicative personality
• High service orientation
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
