These are your tasks
- Together with a motivated team, you ensure efficient, service-oriented personnel administration – from the creation of employment contracts, through changes, to terminations
- You work closely with the Payroll and Time Management teams and ensure the correct maintenance and processing of our personnel data
- As a competent contact person, you support employees with administrative questions throughout the entire Employee Life-Cycle
- You actively participate in cross-departmental processes and contribute ideas to continuously develop our HR products and procedures
This is what you bring
- You have experience in personnel administration and have completed an initial HR-specific training (e.g. HR Assistant)
- Ideally, you also have initial knowledge of payroll-related processes, social insurance, or related HR topics
- You work independently, precisely, and convince with a structured working method as well as a high quality awareness
- With your positive, team-oriented manner and your pronounced service orientation, you are a valuable asset to our team
