About the job

For our sales back office in Dättwil, we are looking for a service-oriented personality like you from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Receiving customer concerns and orders including "first-level product advice"
• Recording customer orders in SAP
• Clarifying and organising site logistics
• Organising and coordinating transports
• Recording and processing complaints, returns and credit notes

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in a similar role and/or know the building materials industry
• You have a basic interest in building materials and are willing to acquire in-depth specialist knowledge
• You must have good German skills in spoken and written form. Your Italian and French skills are an advantage
• You are a resilient, flexible and thoughtful team player with a quick grasp
• You work independently and precisely
