Export Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000The company has been facing challenges in the global transformer industry for several decades. With sound knowledge in the design, development, and operation of transformers, our partner is a leading integrated solution provider for specialised products and services in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for export processing in Europe and overseas
- You initiate transports for worldwide cross-trade
- Strategically support sister companies
- You participate in international logistics projects
- Submitting freight offers
- You support the team with customs questions and customs clearance issues
- Supervising the packing department regarding deadlines and packaging regulations
- Invoice verification and accounting of freight forwarding orders
- Maintaining customer files regarding shipping and transport instructions
Qualifications:
- You have training in a commercial or technical field with appropriate further education
- At least 2 years of experience in export: air freight, sea freight, and road transport
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 applications and SAP
- Analytical, innovative, and solution-oriented thinking
- Organisational talent and negotiation skills
- Fluent German and English skills
- Open-minded, proactive team player with assertiveness
