About the job
What you can achieve:
Review of customer requests for goods returns to Hamilton (RMA process), issuing the RMA (Return Material Authorisation).
Goods receipt: identifying and processing goods returns to Hamilton according to the existing RMA process.
Decontamination of goods according to Hamilton quality standards.
Registration of goods receipt in the Hamilton ERP (Microsoft D365). Providing all necessary work documents such as receipt confirmation; production order; sales order, etc.
Creating credit notes from goods returns, as well as monitoring repair orders to third-party providers (external repair).
Creating and maintaining repair instructions (assembly history considering all changes).
Processing prepared sales orders regarding repair costs and shipping dates. Forwarding orders to the shipping department (OPD).
What you bring:
Training as a polymechanic, mechanic, electronics technician with enthusiasm for administrative tasks or commercial training with a penchant for technical challenges
German language skills in spoken and written form are required, as well as good knowledge of English
Good PC user skills
Independent, conscientious working style
You are a team player, resilient, flexible and open to interdisciplinary challenges
