Technical Support Specialist (REP-Admin) 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Review of customer requests for goods returns to Hamilton (RMA process), issuing the RMA (Return Material Authorisation).

• Goods receipt: identifying and processing goods returns to Hamilton according to the existing RMA process.

• Decontamination of goods according to Hamilton quality standards.

• Registration of goods receipt in the Hamilton ERP (Microsoft D365). Providing all necessary work documents such as receipt confirmation; production order; sales order, etc.

• Creating credit notes from goods returns, as well as monitoring repair orders to third-party providers (external repair).

• Creating and maintaining repair instructions (assembly history considering all changes).

• Processing prepared sales orders regarding repair costs and shipping dates. Forwarding orders to the shipping department (OPD).

What you bring:

• Training as a polymechanic, mechanic, electronics technician with enthusiasm for administrative tasks or commercial training with a penchant for technical challenges

• German language skills in spoken and written form are required, as well as good knowledge of English

• Good PC user skills

• Independent, conscientious working style

• You are a team player, resilient, flexible and open to interdisciplinary challenges
