- Personnel and professional leadership of the "Cyber Security C5I" team
- Assuming overall responsibility for the cyber security architecture of security-relevant ICT systems
- Ensuring security by design for all platforms and applications to be developed
- Managing risk, vulnerability, and incident management in highly sensitive system environments
- Translating military and regulatory requirements into actionable technical security solutions
- Evaluating and introducing new technologies to strengthen cyber defence and system resilience
- Promoting collaboration with teams from other departments to optimise interfaces
- Responsibility for all administrative matters in the area of responsibility
What you bring with you
- University degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training in cyber security
- Several years of experience in a leadership position advantageous, ideally in the field of cyber security, with a focus on security engineering
- Structured and conscientious personality with a can-do attitude and high commitment
- Strong customer orientation, a pronounced quality awareness, and a confident demeanour
- Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment as well as motivation to succeed in a future-oriented business area
- Fluent German; English skills (Level B2) and French advantageous
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer advantageous
