Your tasks

• Processing and coordination of customer enquiries
• Preparation of quotations in cooperation with the technical department
• Initiating and tracking spare parts orders
• Processing and billing of service assignments
• Handling of repair and warranty claims
• Support of logistics as well as preparation of documents for customer meetings

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of mechanics and/or electrical engineering
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as collaboration with internal departments
• Very good German and English skills
• Good MS Office skills, Navision an advantage
• Independent, reliable and organised way of working
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
