Do you want to not only accompany product management but actively shape it? In the Industry Automation & Equipment market segment, you take responsibility for your product portfolio, connect market, technology and business, and drive new product ideas forward. Initiative, a clear stance and the willingness to make and stand by decisions are required.

Your scope of influence.

• Responsibility for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) of the assigned product portfolio.
• Recognising and evaluating market, technology and application trends as well as deriving concrete product opportunities.
• Developing product strategies and sound decision bases for new products and applications.
• Initiating new product ideas and accompanying products from product discovery to successful launch.
• Actively driving product and market topics in close collaboration with sales, business development, development and international interfaces.

Your profile - More than just expertise.

• Completed studies in electrical engineering or a closely related field as well as experience in product management.
• Good understanding of technical products, markets and applications, ideally in the Industry Automation & Equipment environment.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and decisiveness – combined with the courage to take a stand and consistently drive topics forward.
• Strong communication skills as well as very good German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally about 20% of the time.
