Role:

As an ERP Consultant Abacus, you bring Abacus to where SMEs experience the greatest benefit: in finance, payroll, and personnel. You understand the language of accounting as well as the logic of an enterprise resource planning system (ERP). Customers call on you when processes are stuck or an implementation is due. With your eye for connections, you turn manual processes into lean, digital solutions. Here, your expertise counts as much as your sensitivity to people.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for implementation, migration, and optimisation projects and lead them through to productive operation

• You configure the appropriate applications for financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cost accounting and set up payment transactions

• This also includes the implementation of payroll and personnel processes, which you continuously refine

• You accompany data migrations, integrate third-party systems, and ensure clean integration into existing system landscapes

• You solve complex technical issues sustainably and conduct tests and approvals together with your customers

• Additionally, you design digital workflows, automate recurring processes, and further develop customer solutions

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years of experience in ERP consulting, mandate management, or fiduciary services, you bring solid expertise

• Ideally, you have independently implemented Abacus solutions, especially in finance or personnel and payroll

• Furthermore, you master the configuration and parametrisation of ERP processes and are familiar with interfaces and data migrations

• Accounting, accounts payable processes, and payroll procedures are familiar territory for you

• Analytical thinking and initiative characterise your working style, and you explain complex matters clearly

• Additionally, you write confidently in German and feel comfortable in English when a project requires it
