Your mission
You connect customer needs with suitable concepts
As a customer advisor, you are the face of aXenta and at the same time the voice of our customers within the company. Thanks to your BVG expertise, you understand the needs of our customers, identify optimisation potential, and competently support them in their daily work. With your technical affinity, you assist in developing practical concepts and contribute to continuously advancing our solutions to create real added value for our customers.


What to expect

• You are the central interface between our customers and development
• You understand customer needs and develop suitable solutions from them
• You clarify requirements and support the conception of professional and technical solutions
• You plan and manage exciting customer projects – from idea to implementation
• You prepare offers and project documents and ensure structured documentation
• You build long-term customer relationships and are the competent contact person for professional and technical questions

What you bring

• You have completed training related to occupational pension provision or a related field
• You have several years of experience in the BVG environment
• You are interested in software solutions, digital processes, and new technologies
• You think analytically and structurally and find pragmatic solutions
• You work reliably, carefully, and with a high standard of quality
• You enjoy communicating, present yourself confidently, and enjoy direct customer contact
• You have very good German skills; French and English are a plus
