At our headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ, we are looking for a motivated individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

HR Assistant / Payroll Specialist (80-100%)

Your tasks

• Preparation of the monthly payroll processing for our employees
• Responsibility for the administrative handling and coordination of training and further education in cooperation with educational institutions
• Preparation of qualified work references as well as official certificates
• Comprehensive HR administration including maintenance of personnel master data and changes in Personio and SwissSalary
• Participation in future-oriented HR projects as well as in the organisation of employee events

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by specialised further training in HR or payroll
• Several years of solid professional experience in a comparable HR generalist or assistant role, preferably in the construction industry
• Confident and proficient use of modern HR tools, with knowledge of Personio and SwissSalary being a great advantage
• Expertise in Swiss labour and social security law and ideally familiarity with the national collective labour agreement (LMV)
• An accurate, structured and discreet working style combined with a high sense of responsibility
• A proactive, resilient and team-oriented personality characterised by reliability, flexibility and a committed service attitude
