Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents, and adults with special learning and care needs. In our residential home for adults, we care for and support around 45 residents across five living groups in Trun and at our satellite location Soldanella in Sedrun, as well as in our workshops.
Starting October 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for our
care team in the area of living & working
at our location in our satellite station Soldanella in Sedrun
Supervisors for our night duty service
(sleep duty) approx. 9 - 10 shifts per month
Responsibilities:
Accompanying and caring for our residents during the night
Minor household tasks
Basic care of residents during the night if necessary
Handover report in the evening and morning
Recording the events of the night in the daily journal
Active and constructive collaboration within the team and the department
We expect:
Willingness to care for and accompany people with disabilities during the night
Mostly sleep duty
Psychological resilience, patience, and empathy
Ability to work in a team and accept criticism
Your spontaneity and natural sense of humor complete your profile
FaBe or equivalent training in the care sector or career changers are also welcome
