As a Data Platform Engineer, you are called upon to significantly and actively shape the Data Analytics area with your ideas. In this role, you take responsibility for developing optimal solutions for customers. You work in an agile, internationally positioned team with diverse experience in business intelligence and data analytics. The team works in partnership and looks forward to tackling upcoming challenges with you. You can actively contribute to the further development of the IT Group Data Analytics area and use your skills to find innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
You create individual as well as recurring evaluations for different departments based on central data sources.
You operate and optimise analytical data integrations and continuously develop existing data flows.
You analyse business requirements and independently implement evaluation tasks into suitable data solutions.
You develop modern data models and analytical services together with departments and IT teams.
You ensure stable, secure and high-performance operation of the data platform.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical education.
You possess very good SQL skills and experience with complex data modelling and data processing.
You bring several years of practical experience in data engineering, data warehousing and technical requirements analysis.
You understand complex data structures and have experience with relational databases as well as integration solutions.
You work analytically, structured and quality-conscious, take responsibility and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
