To support several strategic business transformation programmes, we are looking for an experienced individual as Test Manager Enterprise Transformation. In this central role, you will establish company-wide test management, implement sustainable governance structures, and ensure the quality of complex end-to-end business processes across various system landscapes.Test Manager Enterprise Transformation (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Development and Advancement of Test Management
- Development and implementation of a company-wide test strategy and test governance
- Definition of test processes, roles, responsibilities, and quality standards
- Establishment of a scalable test management framework for projects and operational activities
- Introduction of appropriate methods, metrics, and best practices
- Ensuring traceability of requirements, test cases, and test results
Support of Strategic Transformation Programmes
- Planning, coordination, and control of all test activities in multiple transformation initiatives
- Creation of test strategies and test plans at project and programme levels
- Consultation of project managers, departments, and solution architects
- Management of test risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Reporting to programme management, steering committees, and management
End-to-End Test Management
- Responsibility for system, integration, end-to-end, UAT, regression, release, and acceptance tests
- Ensuring comprehensive test coverage of business-critical processes
- Management of defect handling
- Advancement and governance of test automation with Tricentis qTest and Tosca
- Definition of a sustainable operating model for automated test cases
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in test management of complex enterprise environments
- Experience in building test organisations and test governance structures
- Practical experience in large ERP, SAP, or transformation programmes
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; French and/or Italian are advantageous
- Experience in leading and coordinating distributed teams
- Knowledge of agile, hybrid, and traditional project methods
- Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, Salesforce as well as Tricentis qTest and Tosca
- Sound knowledge in test automation, release and quality management, as well as integration and enterprise architectures
- Strong analytical skills, high initiative, and excellent stakeholder management
- Assertiveness, diplomatic skills, and the ability to lead without direct authority
