Clerk in Internal Sales (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to combine your technical understanding with your enjoyment of customer contact? As a clerk in internal sales, you will take on a versatile role in customer support, coordinate commercial processes, and ensure reliable order processing together with various specialist departments.
Responsibilities:
You are the contact person for national and international business partners and support them with their concerns.
You accompany customer orders from recording to completion and keep an eye on open business transactions.
You take care of preparing offers and providing commercial documents.
You coordinate delivery agreements and schedules with the responsible company departments.
You clarify product-related customer enquiries and work closely with internal specialists.
You organise the processing of returns and supplementary deliveries.
You ensure reliable management of customer information and business data in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in commercial order processing within a technical environment.
You have completed commercial basic training or hold a comparable qualification.
You possess a strong understanding of technical contexts and can appropriately classify customer concerns.
You communicate very well in German and English and appreciate exchanging with different contacts.
You are familiar with common office applications and ERP systems and have particularly good Excel skills.
You impress with organisational talent, an independent and careful working style, as well as teamwork and resilience, maintaining an overview even in hectic situations.
