We are ISO 21001:2018 certified and a recognised provider of further training in the field of occupational safety and health protection – including the preparatory course Specialist ASGS with federal professional certificate, training as Safety Assistant ASGS as well as Contact Person Occupational Safety & Health Protection (KOPAS).

In addition, we advise companies from various industries on the introduction and implementation of safety concepts, such as the EKAS model solution no. 23 "SECURIT", and support companies in revisions, audits and projects in the field of occupational safety, health protection and hazardous goods.

As a dynamic, growth-oriented team, we value high quality, partnership-based collaboration and innovative solutions. To strengthen our front office team, we are looking for a committed, discreet and versatile employee for sales support and accounting from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Support of management in administrative, organisational and operational matters
• Management of accounting with bexio
• Preparation of presentations, minutes and decision templates
• Course administration of our training and courses
• Writing and publishing blog posts (in cooperation with management and specialist departments)
• Preparation of offers and sending of invoices

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable function
• Discretion, initiative and a high degree of organisational talent
• Swiss German as mother tongue (English skills are an advantage)
• Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with bexio desired
• Confident writing style and flair for numbers
• Resilient, loyal and service-oriented personality
