What to expect

• Developing, managing and continuously optimising target group-oriented learning paths as well as training and further education measures for sales and service units
• Analysing training needs as well as designing, conducting and evaluating practical face-to-face, digital and blended learning offerings
• Creating and further developing training guides, training materials and modern learning formats using new technologies and AI approaches
• Taking responsibility for the target group in training as well as target group-specific training sessions

What you bring

• Federal diploma as a trainer as well as social insurance specialist diploma or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of health insurance in individual and corporate business as well as several years of experience in adult education
• Practical experience in designing, developing and implementing learning programmes as well as a strong affinity for digital learning formats and learning tools
• Strong conceptual and strategic skills, networked thinking as well as high consulting and implementation competence
• Very good presentation and communication skills, strong customer and stakeholder orientation as well as openness to new technologies and digital trends
