Graphic Design Employee - Marketing (100%)

who creatively and actively supports our small team in the marketing and communications department. Ideally, you have completed training as a polygraphic technician (Polygraf/in EFZ) and are well acquainted with the world of shopping centres or retail. You bring professional experience in handling analogue and digital media and therefore feel competent and confident. You are used to working efficiently and independently and surprise with your creativity.

Tasks

In collaboration with the centre management, you develop the graphic implementation of all centre-related activities and campaigns and are then responsible for their operational execution. The varied and exciting challenge includes the following main tasks:

• Design and implementation of diverse communication materials for print, in-house advertising, and digital media, observing the usual rules of graphic design.
• Scheduling and booking of analogue media
• Professional preparation and control of print data
• Deputising for the management of digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business)
• Maintenance and optimisation of the website with WordPress as well as support in managing social media channels and newsletter marketing
• Collaboration with the marketing and decoration department
• Taking on various organisational and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a polygraphic technician (Polygraf/in EFZ)
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office skills
• You possess impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written
• Knowledge and experience on the agency side are an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
• You are familiar with our local media
• Enjoy working with various internal and external contacts
