Your tasks
- Sparring partner for managers and employees of various business areas in all personnel-related matters
- Proactively supporting personnel and organisational changes thanks to good HR process and business understanding
- Engagement in HR projects for the continuous development of working methods and services
- Recruitment of new employees in the assigned areas
- Ensuring efficient, service-oriented HR work in collaboration with HR administration and payroll accounting
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training with appropriate further education or university degree (FH/University), ideally with a business or comparable background
- Completed further training in Human Resources combined with sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience and interest in topics related to Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding
- Confident German language skills as well as good English skills
- Enjoyment in consulting, interest in the business, and a good eye for the essentials
- Analytical and conceptual skills combined with a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
