We are involved in the coordination and administration of a long-term construction project in the Cham / Baar area. We are looking for a reliable, highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support project coordination, document management and administrative follow-up.
Main Responsibilities
- Organize and manage project-related documentation
- Maintain structured digital filing systems and physical binders
- Track invoices, payments and project costs using Excel
- Support administrative coordination between project stakeholders
- Assist with bilingual communication when required (DE-FR)
- Ensure administrative records remain accurate and up to date
Profile
The ideal candidate:
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoys structured administrative work
- Has good Excel and administrative skills
- Is comfortable working independently
- Has previous experience in a construction, real estate or project-based environment
- Speaks fluently German and French, English a plus
- Is looking for a long-term part-time collaboration
