What you can achieve

• Reception, care, and farewell of our guests
• Personal, telephone, and written guest support before, during, and after the stay
• Preparation of offers as well as processing of direct, individual, and group bookings
• Handling booking enquiries via e-mail, telephone, and booking platforms
• Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out including payment processing
• Advising on our apartments, the destination, and leisure activities
• Handling guest requests, complaints, and special enquiries
• Collaboration with housekeeping, facility management, and other departments
• Participation in optimising processes as well as taking on administrative tasks

• Completed training in hospitality, tourism, or a comparable field is an advantage
• Experience in front office, guest services, or reservations, ideally also with group bookings
• Excellent German and English skills (at least level C1); additional languages are an advantage
• Friendly, professional appearance and strong service orientation
• Independent, structured, and organised way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
