Role:
The company, active throughout Switzerland, specialises in community catering and comprehensive hospitality and support services. The offering ranges from catering in staff restaurants, schools, hospitals and care facilities to event catering as well as reception, front desk and building services. Responsibilities:
You assist with payroll processing and ensure that payrolls, personnel data and time recordings are accurately maintained.
You manage the administrative support of employees from entry to exit and handle contracts, personnel changes and system adjustments.
In cooperation with the compensation office, you independently complete all relevant notifications and clarify benefit cases.
You support the handling of accident and illness cases and coordinate insurance-related matters via UKA Solutions.
Employees receive competent support from you on all questions regarding payroll and social security.
Qualifications:
A commercial education and further training in payroll or social security form your professional foundation.
You have several years of professional experience in payroll processing and personnel administration.
You confidently apply sound user knowledge in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in your daily work.
You have very good German and good English skills.
