Medical and Front Desk Secretary for the Nuclear Medicine Department
The Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Department, attached to the Department of Medical Radiology, is seeking a medical and front desk secretary for a permanent contract, with a workload between 80% - 100%, starting 1 October 2026.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Department specialises in diagnosis and therapy using radioactive drugs. It serves as a reference centre for many doctors and internal services of the CHUV.
Mission
- Front office: you ensure the welcome and reception of patients and visitors
- Back office: you manage appointments and actively participate in the telephone response of the Department
- You collaborate on the administrative tasks of the medical secretariat.
Profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or a medical secretary diploma
- You have excellent command of common IT tools (Microsoft Office)
- You have several years of experience in a medical secretariat
- You are autonomous, rigorous, precise and reliable, with an excellent sense of discretion
- You demonstrate good organisational, planning and responsibility skills
- You have a strong aptitude for teamwork, good stress management and recognised flexibility.
