With our coordinated traffic light systems, we keep road traffic flowing and ensure daily safety at intersections. To ensure everything continues to run optimally, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and team-oriented person for the Aftersales department as:

Aftersales Assistant 80-100%

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician, automation technician, or in a related profession
• Commercial training and professional experience in customer service, scheduling, and administration are an advantage
• Good PC user skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
• Reliable, communicative personality with quick comprehension

Your tasks:

• Receiving and processing customer enquiries (by phone and email)
• Planning and scheduling of service personnel for their assignments
• Recording service orders up to invoicing
• Planning maintenance work from service contracts
• Various administrative tasks (cross-departmental)
• Assisting with assignments on the road
