Technical Support Engineer 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

Your exciting range of tasks, with approximately 20% travel, includes:

• Technical consulting for our worldwide organisation

• Remote or on-site investigation, resolution, and support of complex technical issues

• Close collaboration with numerous internal departments (R&D, Product Care, Product Management, Production, etc.)

• Link and main contact person for concerns and questions from our external partners

• Coordination and handling of customer complaints and support requests

• Active participation in projects, definition and management of processes

• Establishment and monitoring of data analyses

• Support of new products, responsible for knowledge transfer to partners

• Provision of service procedures, documentation, spare parts, as well as training and service concepts

• Organisation and execution of training for internal and external partners

• Maintenance and expansion of the knowledge base

What you bring with you:

• Training as an engineer (preferably electronic / mechanical)

• Understanding to comprehend and explain complex technical matters

• Solution- and service-oriented working is a matter of course for you

• Flexible and communicative personality with an independent and reliable working style

• Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages (F/I) are an advantage
