For one of our major partners in the canton of Fribourg, a recognised player in the fields of construction and prefabrication, we are looking for a 3D draftsman-designer specialised in civil engineering, wishing to participate in the realisation of varied and demanding technical projects.

Your responsibilities:

- Design and develop precise 3D models for various construction projects
- Prepare the documents necessary for execution and production
- Produce formwork and reinforcement plans as well as reinforcement and embedded parts lists
- Prepare assembly plans and various technical documents required for project realisation
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the 3D models and plans produced
- Implement data and instructions provided by engineers, project managers and architects
- Work closely with project managers to optimise technical and economic solutions
- Participate in resolving technical issues in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
- Manage technical exchanges with external partners, in coordination with the project manager
- Actively participate in the development and improvement of BIM processes
- Contribute to the creation, organisation and management of various technical databases
- Participate in the continuous optimisation of design and planning processes
- Depending on your skills and interests, progressively move towards performing quantity calculations and visualisations to support commercial teams Your profile:

- Completed professional training as a draftsman or designer, or higher education in civil engineering
- At least three years of professional experience in the construction sector
- Experience in precast concrete elements is a significant advantage
- At least three years of experience in design and modelling using 3D software
- Experience with Tekla Structures is a major asset
- Excellent spatial representation skills and very good technical understanding
- Strong interest in technical details and complex issues
- Ability to research and develop appropriate constructive solutions
- Ability to work independently and remain effective in demanding situations
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Communicative, rigorous and solution-oriented personality
- Strong interest in new technologies and digital transformation
- Motivation to work with modern tools related to 3D design and BIM
