Do you want to be involved from the very beginning?
There is plenty to do with us
- You ensure flawless compliance & governance at all times, adhering to all relevant Swiss legal bases as well as group-wide requirements within our large construction projects at our various locations
- You are responsible for the implementation and enforcement of all safety-related requirements on the different construction sites – including risk assessments in all construction phases
- Regular safety rounds, inspections, audits and assessments, including seamless documentation, follow-up of measures and consistent management of results, are part of your daily routine
- You confidently carry out professional incident management, from analysing accidents and near misses (e.g. using 5-Why)
- You have experience in planning and conducting training and instructions (e.g. lockout/tagout, working at heights, crane operations, hazardous substances) together with Kopas/SiBe
- Close collaboration with all project participants, active participation in construction meetings as well as supervising and reviewing contractors within the framework of safety management complete your versatile role
This is how you get involved with us
- You have completed a technical or safety-related education (e.g. safety specialist, HF technician, foreman, construction manager or a comparable qualification)
- You already bring solid further training in occupational safety and health protection (e.g. EKAS safety specialist, ASA specialist, SiBe or equivalent)
- You have knowledge of the relevant Swiss occupational safety and health regulations (ArG, VUV, BauAV, EKAS guidelines, SUVA standards) for facilities. Basic knowledge of machinery directives would be interesting
- We expect practical experience in a construction, project or technical-industrial environment
- Very good German skills are essential for daily collaboration. French skills are welcome for coordination with our W-CH location
- As a personality, you convince through implementation strength, clear communication at all levels and a confident appearance
- You enjoy travelling to the various Swiss locations
The position is initially limited to 2 years.
