About the job
As a Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health Protection at the Migros Zurich Cooperative, you take on a key role in ensuring safe, healthy working conditions. You conduct audits and hazard assessments, analyse incidents, train management and safety officers, and actively develop concepts, projects, and a strong company-wide safety culture.
What you achieve
- Professional co-responsibility for occupational safety and health protection in close collaboration with various stakeholders
- Conducting and evaluating hazard assessments and audits
- Incident investigations, defining follow-up measures, and monitoring implementation
- Responsibility for implementing EKAS guidelines according to the Migros Group's operational group solution and maintaining a company-wide safety culture
- Professional advice and training for safety officers and management
- Participation in specialist training and courses on OSH
- Development of concepts and optimisation proposals as well as project management
What you bring
- Education: Completed basic or further training
- Specialisation: Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health Protection with a federal professional certificate
- Work experience: 3 years of professional experience in occupational safety and health protection in a similar role
- Driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the cantons of Zurich, Schwyz, Glarus, and St. Gallen
- Initiative, solution-oriented and communicative personality
- Empathetic, flexible and resilient personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- German (B2)
