Your tasks as IT Service Manager
As a Service Manager, you are the link between our customers and our technical teams. With a passion for excellent service, you take responsibility for the entire service cycle, from request to operation. You manage, coordinate, and inspire, ensuring that our customers are always well cared for.
- You personally, directly, and with genuine service passion take care of our customers
- You conduct a continuous, needs-oriented dialogue and ensure close coordination with the customers.
- You ensure transparent and meaningful reporting
- You coordinate, manage, and monitor our services and agreements reliably and proactively
- You keep an overview during business-critical disruptions (Major Incidents) and ensure a quick solution
- You record changes, evaluate them, and manage their implementation
- You take over the management of small to medium-sized projects and coordinate the entire project portfolio
- You identify optimization potentials in operations, actively drive improvements, and continuously develop our services
- You support Key Account Management with technical and organizational know-how
- You independently create offers in collaboration with the sales team
- You conduct the annual cost and budget process and keep the numbers under control
- You check the services provided and release the invoices to our customers
Your experience
- You have training as a (business) computer scientist HF or a comparable qualification
- You have solid experience in IT service management, IT presales, or IT project management, ideally in the managed services environment
- You have a deep understanding of infrastructure, outsourcing, and cloud services as well as experience in service delivery management
- You convince through methodological strength in project management, presentation, and solution-oriented, networked thinking
- You are hands-on, implement, and deliver results – a real doer with a hands-on mentality
- You communicate confidently in German (native speaker or at least C1) and English (at least B2)
