• You support the residential area management in the personnel and professional leadership of our employees and ensure the care processes of the departments
• You lead by example every day and motivate your team to top performance
• Based on the care concept, you assist in the coordination and organization of daily care
• You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives, and the care team
• You support the residential area management and the care management in various organizational and administrative matters
• You actively participate in care and take on assigned shifts (including weekends)
• You support the training and further education of apprentices and interns

• At least training as a health care specialist is required
• Desirable: First leadership experience in a similar position
• Experience in long-term care or in the home care sector
• You think economically and have proven RAI-HC knowledge
• You are interested in care development and improving care quality
• You have good PC user skills
• You understand Swiss German and speak German at least at level C1
• Desirable: RAI-LTCF knowledge as MDS Coordinator / RAI Supervisor
• Desirable: Further training and professional experience in vocational education
