About the job
Your new role
For the 2026/27 school year, we are looking for a class teacher for a 6th grade class at the Gerhalde school building. The workload including class responsibility is around 75%. The position is permanent.
Together with your job partner and a special education teacher, you will teach children in a two-year cycle. In addition to class responsibility, collaboration in the school and grade team is also part of the role.
Located on the northern ridge of the city of St.Gallen is the Rotmonten-Gerhalde primary school - two school buildings and seven kindergartens. We are a school rooted in the neighborhood - in an attractive residential area of the city of St.Gallen. A diverse, committed, and creative team shapes the school day together with the children, characterized by shared experiences, actions, and discoveries.
