To strengthen our team in the Delicatessen & Cheese department, we are looking from 01.06.2026, for a permanent contract, at the Vésenaz site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as Assistant Manager, 100%.

Your responsibilities
- You ensure the organization of the sales area as well as the implementation of seasonal priorities in your sector.
- You are responsible for creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
- With your team, you ensure at all times the production, freshness, and quality of the products.
- You are present at the point of sale and thus play a role model for your team.
- You ensure the personal and professional management, training, and development of the team.
- You organize your team responsibly and thus ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
- You are responsible for achieving the agreed budget and performance objectives.

Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail trade in the field of food and beverages.
- You have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity.
- You have solid leadership experience and are able to organize a team independently and competently.
- You always aim for perfection and have an affinity for food products.
- You are an experienced and motivated person with development potential and want to take the next step in your career.
- You can motivate your team to deliver high-level performance over the long term thanks to your competent and exemplary attitude.
- You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and keep calm and an overview in busy situations.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
