Clerk Inventory / Child Assets 80-100%

Tasks

• You independently and autonomously prepare inventories of the assets to be managed, as well as inventories of assets, estates and child assets.
• You conduct hearings with relatives and heirs' representatives regarding asset matters, including competent advice and minute-taking.
• You carry out property and inheritance law clarifications and work on solution-oriented, complex professional questions and problems related to inventories.
• You record assets in apartments and locker compartments.
• You draft decisions for the authority.
• You support the department management in the development and introduction of new guidelines and processes.

Profile

• Solid commercial or comparable training, supplemented by further education in the areas of notary, finance and accounting, auditing, taxes, fiduciary or social insurance (Federal Specialist Certificate FA or CAS).
• Several years of professional experience in financial and legal matters, preferably in a division office, notary's office, tax office, social or similar areas.
• Strong communication and conversational skills, also in demanding situations.
• Independent, responsible and precise way of working.
• Confident use of the MS Office suite.

It does not itself perform care functions but delegates these to guardians and supervises their mandate management.
