An experienced DevOps professional is sought for the further development of a complex digital platform. You will design automated deployment processes, further develop the infrastructure, and ensure that security requirements and quality standards are met in operation.
You will take responsibility for technical concepts, monitoring, and release processes and coordinate collaboration with internal departments and external providers. At the same time, you will contribute your knowledge to improve existing structures and strengthen the technical competence within the team.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of automated build and deployment processes as well as maintenance of infrastructure-as-code
Further development of security measures, secret management, and vulnerability remediation
Introduction and support of central logging as well as SLI-/SLO-based monitoring
Participation in the technical architecture of web platforms and digital applications
Recording, prioritising, and implementing technical requirements as well as coordinating releases and changes
Coordination with external suppliers and support of the team through professional knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in DevOps, platform, or comparable engineering environments
Very good knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, and modern container technologies
Experience with cloud infrastructures, security solutions, and vulnerability management
Familiarity with CMS or headless architectures such as Sitecore as well as analytics tools like Matomo is an advantage
Analytical and structured approach as well as the ability to communicate technical matters clearly
Fluent German skills and ideally experience with compliance requirements, IAM, or managing external service providers
