We are a versatile trading and service company in the mineral oil and transport sector in the Brugg/Windisch region. We are looking to complement our team in the Petrol Stations department at the main site in Windisch immediately or by arrangement with a:

Clerk for Petrol Stations 40–50% (with focus on fuel card business)

Your Tasks

• You support the team in a variety of administrative and organisational tasks. You take responsibility, work independently and actively contribute to the further development of our petrol station business.

• Active acquisition of new fuel card customers – especially in the B2B sector – approx. 20% of working time including on-site visits

• Care and maintenance of our fuel card customers as well as processing enquiries and changes

• Independent handling of administrative and organisational tasks in the petrol station area

• Support with marketing and sales campaigns related to our fuel card offer

• Telephone and written customer support as well as maintenance of customer master data

• Support in the care of our petrol stations, tenants and partners

• Coordination and administrative support for maintenance and repair work

• Assistance with monitoring and maintaining fuel prices

Your Profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with a technical flair

• Independent, structured and reliable way of working

• Good MS Office and ERP user skills

• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented and confident in telephone contact

• Enjoyment of active sales and no fear of cold calling

• Good manners and friendly, professional appearance

• Willingness to be on call – including at weekends
