This is what your job will look like:
- You are primarily responsible for the timely and high-quality acceptance and implementation of requests and orders from our customers (incidents/requests as well as standard & change management).
- You ensure customer-appropriate communication and appropriate escalation.
- You record and classify the necessary information to solve incidents and analyze and process/resolve them independently to a high degree in the 1st & 2nd level area.
- As part of the team, you create and maintain the documentation relevant to customer care in the wiki and knowledge base and actively share your experiences with your peers.
- In critical/hectic situations, you are able to prioritize and organize the coordination of all requests together with the team. You ensure timely responses to inquiries.
What you should bring:
- A completed education in the field of computer science or comparable several years of experience.
- Good knowledge of IT standard products such as MS Windows (front & backend), O365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, hardware, network technologies, Citrix, VMware, RDS, and PS.
Understanding of Modern Workplace. - You are motivated to learn the technologies used and also acquire new knowledge independently to develop yourself within a development plan.
- You have a proactive, analytical & solution-oriented working style and find it easy to work independently.
- You communicate well, enjoy working in a team, and act service-oriented even in stressful situations.
- You know Scrum and already have an understanding of an Agile working method.
- You enjoy working in a team and spontaneously contribute to its continuous development.
- You have flawless German and good English skills; French knowledge is a plus.
