We are looking for a

Customer Service & Reception Employee (80-100%)

Your tasks

• Secretariat/Reception for the Fumedica Group
• Support for customers and medical technology field service
• Order processing nationally and internationally
• Procurement and monitoring of delivery dates
• Organisation of sample shipments / management of consignment stock
• Quotations and correspondence
• Creation of reports and statistics
• Logistics backup
• Project support

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Professional experience in a similar position and willingness to actively participate in day-to-day business
• Confident German language skills
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• French skills are an advantage
• Good user knowledge of MS Office & ERP system
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Team-oriented, reliable and customer-focused personality
• Well-groomed appearance
