For our client, a successful company in Wohlen, we are looking for a temporary Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d).

Become part of a dedicated team as a Customer Service Clerk, reliably supporting our international customers – from the quotation phase to on-time delivery.

You will communicate with customers worldwide, coordinate with internal departments, and keep an overview even in complex processes. Look forward to an international environment, varied tasks, and a collegial team that values solidarity.

This is a temporary but permanent position.

Your tasks:

• First point of contact for customer concerns in an international environment
• Creation, follow-up, and coordination of quotations
• Order entry in the ERP system as well as sending order confirmations with delivery dates
• Monitoring delivery dates and active communication in case of changes
• Close cooperation with Sales, Product Management, Production Planning, Shipping, and other internal interfaces
• Clarification and coordination of customer requests regarding quantities, dates, prices, products, and shipping conditions
• Maintenance of customer master data and active contribution to service quality

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training
• Knowledge of SAP HANA
• Confident use of MS Office
• Fluent German and English skills
