With Clienia Ambulant, the Clienia Group consolidates its psychiatric-psychotherapeutic services to provide the best possible outpatient and day clinic care for patients with mental illnesses of all ages – at 20 locations from Amriswil to Zurich. Interdisciplinary teams of psychotherapists, nursing professionals, and specialists in psychiatry and psychotherapy ensure comprehensive outpatient treatment methods.
From February 2027, the outpatient Psychiatry Centre Zurichsee in Männedorf will open a department for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.
Together with the inpatient unit of Clienia Young at the Clienia Private Clinic Schlössli, the outpatient clinic will receive recognition as a Category B training centre (a total of 4 years).

Your Responsibilities
You will lead the ambulatory clinic both professionally and operationally. You will manage a team of assistant doctors and psychologists and supervise diagnostics and treatment of children, adolescents, and their families. Additionally, you will train assistant doctors according to the training concept. You will work closely with the inpatient area (Clienia Young CLS) and ensure the maintenance of a treatment chain. You will network regionally and cantonally with referrers and other stakeholders. You will manage your own psychiatric-psychotherapeutic cases. You will participate in the emergency service.
Your Profile
You hold a specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, with several years of leadership experience as a senior physician and/or senior medical director. Your participative leadership style, integrative qualities, and service orientation distinguish you. With your appreciative, resource- and patient-oriented attitude, you make a decisive contribution to the organisational culture. You have an interest in academic teaching and medical training as well as current developments in the field.
