The ZRH Center forms the competence centre within the Parking & Mobility department for all services related to mobility, parking, and access management at Zurich Airport. As a specialist, you operate from our new and top-modern customer centre, the ZRH Center in the Circle, ensuring professional customer support for well over 2,000 companies and 35,000 employees. High service quality for our customers as well as strengthening Zurich Airport as a service centre with innovative, reliable, and customer-focused services is our top priority.

Your job destination

• Through your lived service mentality, you ensure competent support for our customers both in writing, by phone, and personally at the "ZRH Center" counter in the Circle
• You are the first point of contact for our business customers and the airport community, ensuring that concerns are handled professionally
• You process contracts, orders, and applications for airport products (passes, parking cards, etc.) and ensure a smooth process from ordering to delivery of the respective product
• Your IT affinity helps you in daily dealings with our digital ordering and booking platforms

Your skills in your luggage

• You have a commercial qualification as well as several years of solid experience in reception or similar
• You show high commitment and are communicative as well as solution-oriented
• You are appreciated as a team player with good manners and high social competence
• You feel comfortable with IT topics and preferably have knowledge of SAP solutions
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
